These do not show final details of gradients of land, boundary
treatments, local authority street lighting or landscape.
We aim to build according to the layout, but occasionally
we do have to change house designs, boundaries, landscaping
and the position of roads, footpaths, street lighting and
other features as the development proceeds.
Floor plans
The dimensions shown on the floor plans of our homes are
approximate: each home is built individually and so the
precise measurements may vary from that shown although every
endeavour is made to make the dimensions as accurate as
possible. We give maximum dimensions that include fitted
wardrobes, sloping ceilings, bay windows, and any other
features.
Price information
Please note that all prices shown on our website are guide
prices, which were correct at the time of being published
but are subject to change. Please contact the relevant marketing
suite at the development for accurate price information.
Artists’ impressions and photographs
Artists’ impressions are drawn from an imaginary viewpoint
within an open space and are intended to give an impression
of the house design. Photographs are from Bussey & Armstrong
developments and are intended to show typical street scenes.
Neither the artists’ impressions nor the photographs
are intended to give an accurate description of any specific
property offered for sale, its setting or its surroundings.
Show homes
Please bear in mind that the furniture, soft furnishings
and wall-coverings in our show homes are not part of our
standard specification. Optional extras have been fitted
to our show homes, some of which may be available for your
own Bussey & Armstrong home. For further information,
please contact a sales executive at the development you
are interested in.
