Our Leconfield homes will be stylish but not overstated; contemporary
but not conventional, and luxurious without being outlandish.
Pleasing to the eye and touch, our interiors will be modern in
nature, with everything you could want from a new home including,
German-made individual fitted kitchens and appliances, Ideal
Standard bathroom suites with walk-in shower, Arts & Crafts
style ash staircases and Swedish internal veneered doors.
Heating is by pressurised Ideal Stelrad Heat store units, providing
high-flow instant hot water, which is efficient and low cost.
The Specification
Our homes at Leconfield are constructed to the latest NHBC Standards
and a 10 year Buildmark Warranty will be issued on completion.
Each house is comprehensively finished to a high specification
and early reservation will allow purchasers to have more choice
in the finishings and specification of their home.
Standard in each home are Swedor front entrance door sets with
matching side screens. The entrance hall opens onto an ash 'Arts
& Crafts' style staircase with matching skirtings and door
surrounds. Internal doors can be wood veneered or prefinished
painted panelled. The cloakroom features an Ideal Standard contemporary
'White & Silver' range of fittings and a cloaks area.
Through to the Dining/Kitchen overlooking the rear garden and
accessed by French doors, there are Pronorm German fitted kitchen
units with integrated applicances. An allowance is available to
enable you to select the kitchen layout and finish of your choice
with our kitchen designer. A fitted utility adjoins the kitchen
and also provides easy access to the double garage.
Upstairs, the accommodation starts with a full width well lit
Lounge/Drawing Room. Doors, skirtings and architraves are again
in ash and there are abundant power, media and light points.
The master bedroom with adjoining dressing area and en-suite
are to the rear overlooking the garden. An allowance is included
for fitted wardrobes and fittings to the dressing area and the
en-suite is complete with Ideal Standard White/Silver contemporary
fittings including a bath, Trevi Calista walk-in shower with curved
glass door and full height tiling to feature walls. The Detached
homes and end Townhouses have a further en-suite bathroom to Bedroom
2.
Externally, all homes will have landscaped and turfed front gardens
with estate rail parkland fencing and beech hedges. The rear garden
will have a paved patio area and seeded/turfed gardens. Screen
tree planting will be incorporated where appropriate.
